WIND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
STAGE 1
Wind Pioneer will undertake a detailed search of the potential site to establish average wind speed at 30m. We will investigate the surrounding landscape and ease of grid connection.
STAGE 2
Following our search of the site and discussions with the landowner we will enter into an exclusivity agreement allowing Wind Pioneer X months to invest in detailed feasibility studies of the site.
STAGE 4
The feasibility study consists of simulations of the turbine layout as well as site planning and impact statements.
STAGE 3
The feasibility study consists of simulations of the turbine layout as well as site planning and impact statements.
STAGE 5
Wind Pioneer will submit a planning application as well as environmental reports.
STAGE 6
Following planning consent and land lease agreement Wind Pioneer will begin construction beginning with foundations and grid connection. Erection, testing and commissioning follows.
STAGE 7
Wind Pioneer will manage the turbines throughout their life span with remote monitoring and regular servicing.
